Bio
David Willems is head of the monitoring and response department of the Dutch National Cyber Security Center (NCSC). David has been working for the Dutch government since 2003, he held several positions in various Dutch governmental organizations. He has been the ICT manager of the Dutch competition authority and has been working on ICT and cyber security related topics since 2005. David likes to discuss cyber security from different angles such as economical, technical and socio technical angles to address the challenges we face together.
